R. Mackswell Sherman and Sarah Jones launched Ruffeo Hearts Lil' Snotty (RHLS) in 2007. Shortly after, they perked up the pages of Bust, Harper's Bazaar Korea, and Peppermint. They are carried in boutiques like Patricia Field in NYC, International Playground in LA, and Hanna in Tokyo, and worn by celebrities like Kelis.
